Fun Facts Submission Instructions

1. Download the Fun Facts Template
2. Select the “Highlight Existing Fields” to see the form fields.
3. Fill out the form (Please include photo, casual dress is okay and encouraged).
4. Unselect the highlighted fields option and submit your form to save your funfacts.
5. Please send your funfacts to: vicepresident.membership@csunbap.org with the subject title to: Funfacts_YourLastname_FirstName, for example: Funfacts_Doe_John
